I upgraded to 6.2 and have an annoying issue. After every save of a file, the complete project gets scanned again and the IDE freezes.
This is very noticable when you're working on files on a network ...

Unfortunately that's not possible these types of projects. The ExpressEngine structure requires you to put your custom-built addons in a folder within the frame ...
