Scanning after saving

I upgraded to 6.2 and have an annoying issue. After every save of a file, the complete project gets scanned again and the IDE freezes.
This is very noticable when you're working on files on a networkdrive, especially when using a VPN to connect to the networkdrive, like I do today...

Anything I can do to disable this counter-productive 'feature'?
