if you added those frameworks as "additional directories" for the project, you can turn their TODOs off by unchecking "show additional directories" in the TODO window popup.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately that's not possible these types of projects. The ExpressEngine structure requires you to put your custom-built addons in a folder within the framework-folder, allowing it to be autoloaded as needed. I still like my idea to be able to 'ignore' certain folders, just like you can with subversion. |

What about just doing a quick search/replace to change all their @TODO to something else like @THEIR_TODO then they will disappear from the list. Easy enough to do and you can repeat that when you install new framework versions.
