Note, that project publishing root is _ALWAYS_ relative to the account root.

I find it disturbing too sometimes, but there's a reason: The tooltip is above because you can also get the code completion below. This way thet don't overlap.

I do miss the multiple window interface a little too. Sometimes you really want to compare 2 PHP files side by side.
