Your best bet is to move away and forget nucoder, I offer CloudLinux on my hosting with many php versions but to be honest 5.3 is starting to get pre-historian...

Ion and Zend are most used with 90 ...

I hope your joking, populating all IPs is no option with 4 possible sub nets.

It is saying this in the manual: lock the license into server software settings.
License will work only for servers ...
