Have a bought PHPed 1.5 years ago, even have renewed the license half year ago and now they say that it may be not genuine ?
I was in the middle of an urgent project which needs to be finished TODAY. |

For starters its creating more new users on this Forum....
Something triggered this error, There's going to be a lot of users with this problem. Perhaps we are missing a crucial software update. Who knows. NuSphere needs to fix this. |

Definitely it must be a bug or some service fail. I have active subscription for next 8 months and also got into this problem.
Also there is a quick workaround with some limitations. If you are interested: 1. Backup all NuSphere settings 2. Completely uninstall (with NO option on keep settings dialog) and delete files in program files/AppData/Registry 3. Optional: Use some registry cleaner to be sure nothing is left (I am using TuneUp utilities) 4. Restart and reinstall back version 16 5. Then input your registration code and names - if it will be already registered probably you didn't delete all from previous installation 6. Then you have working IDE and you can... 7. return your settings but do not return registry and do not return nothing else from CONFIG folder then accounts.cfg and codetemplates.cfg - or you get locked again so you will be able to work as I am now...accounts are the most needed at this time for me. Hope they will have a solution fast, then I will return whole settings back. Hope this help you EDITED: Have 7 friends with PHP ED and they can work after these procedure |

I found a solution.
1. unisntall PHPEd 2. during unistall process on question "Do you want to keep all settings" answer -> NO 3. restrart Computer 4. install again 5. Use your own Serial Number 6. continue to work on your projects EDITED by Dmitri. I removed unnecessary parts. -Installing previous version makes absolutely no sense. -Blocking firewall can't be recommended for all -- just because they need to work with their remote servers for example. Also I have to warn -- following these instructions will lead to all settings lost. Support provides graceful fix -- unlocker. It works smoothly and takes only a few seconds. If you're a customer, please contact support. |
