I just wanted to let you know that you might just skip the re-install process.. the problem seem to come back and the UI stops responding. Better just wait until the issue has been resolved.

Delete configuration settings and block PhpEd to connect to the internet via Firewall and problem will be gone.

Very VERY bad situation for us. I and my development team have been out of action all day with clients screaming at us. Without our IDE we'er powerless to maintain our products and deliver promised items.
I've tried all resolutions suggested here - to no avail whatsoever. Please keep us advised as you work through the issue NuSphere. First such issue we've had with your product after many years of use. Any info you can provide about ETA's will help us to deal with our clients. |

Yes I got one. They send you an exe file to run. After running that and then rebooting, all is back to normal. I'm sure NuSphere are glad to see the back end of this day! .... as are we. |
