Hi,

Does anyone know whether phpEd can be linked to a remote Git server? If so, how is it done?

The documentation only talks about CVS for source control, however, in several places I've seen it being said that phpEd can link to different source control applications. If I link to a Git server, will phpEd still use CVS commands? If so, will Git understand them i.e. are they standard source control commands?

the easiest way is to install TortoiseGIT
This is a Windows Shell Extension and all corresponding commands will be available in Workspace window (Shell submenu)
or with Ctrl-Click on the file tab.

dmitri, I didn't now about ctrl+click on the file tab... and I guess a lot of thers also don't know this. How about including link to Shell menu in file-tab the same way it is already available in workspace view?
