how about that part of my post where I suggested to run wizard _and_ make screenshots of all the wizard pages, then post them in this thread?

Thank you. Highly appreciate your work. I think I get it now - the problem is in the way the file system is synchronized. With this option https://i.postimg.cc/TYX5YG9q/Unbenannt-5.jpg -- it shouldn't have been trying to upload anything anywhere, but copy the script to the project directory. That's it.
Possible workaround -- create ssh (sftp) account and select "Publishing account" option, for now. We'll fix the issue shortly.

I just upgraded to 20029 but the error still exists.

Why is the copy target \Tests\phpUnitListener6.php\phpUnitListener6.php ???

Sorry my fault ... 20029 isn't an update. My Home Office Computer just wasn't up to date.

you're correct, issue is resolved in 20030 which is on its way to the web site. Also we updated phped to support phpUnit 9.5 and 9.6 -- in particular code coverage is collected fine. You'll need to update debugger too to get it working.
