Failed to encode (...) Nu-coder license not found

I have a licensed copy of PHPEd 5.0 build 5025. I installed nu-encoder but when I try to encode a project I get this error:
Failed to encode (...) Nu-coder license not found (...)

Am I supposed to ask for a license or something?
