I am using your program PHPEd, it is very useful, but I can understand why it said

Because this scrip work on the server without problems! and server didn’t said that there is an error. Please answer what can be reason of error. May be I need some plugin?

this function is a part of GD php extension. You have to install this extension first

I want to add that:
I have installed apache and php on my computer and my script work properly when I run apache server. But this error occur only on PHPEd, never mind is apache ran or not.

php_gd2.dll is included. you only need to uncomment it in php.ini.
Regarding your second question, if you need to work with Apache you'd set run mode to "3rd party web server" and have a project set up accordingly.

Thank you for help. The problem was solved.
Now I have another question. Why there is error when I use
echo "<img border="5" src="print.php?$line" width="376" height="376">";
where $line is a string variable contain information about some variables which need “print.php” script. But when debugger enter the “print.php” script it said that some variables are unknown. But I have sent them by URL!
