Workspace Context menu-Keyboard Shortcuts Broken-build 4048

When you use a keyboard to open the context menu for a project in the workspace the context menu contains underlined characters which are supposed to function as shortcuts. The problem with this specific context menu is that the shortcuts do not work. The keyboard shortcuts in the explorer pane context menu work, but not these. Here is a screen shot of what it looks like when you use a keyboard to open the context menu:

Just wondering if this has been looked into. I recently installed build 4058 and still can not get it to work. Thanks!

It is a problem in underlying library we use. Unfortunately we have no quick fix for it.
