Is NuSphere's PHP ED compatable with windows vista?

while the official certification is not completed yet, we have quite a few users running on it. We had two problems reported (both with work arounds I beleive) , one was fixed in 4633 - you can see the change log, another one should be fixed shortly, hopefully in the next build
