Windows TECH PLATFORM 5.0 missing features?

I just installed the platform. It indicates there should be some links on the ADMIN page to configure and install various items. It also indicates the administration site in my case should be localhost:9000.

My admin site is at https://nick, and my admin page has none of the links mentioned in the docs. Are these features missing in the Wndows version?

There are 2 modes of admin page. It's separated host on port you choose (something like https://localhost:9000) and directory mode https://localhost/adminsite/. I suppose, that you choose separated host on port 9000. U may run Admin page not only going to https://nick, U may go to START->Programs->NuSphere Technology Platform->!Launch Admin site and it will be opened in browser...
