Figured it out, if I didn't open it from that ftp site, I can't upload it to there...
Is there any way to open a file from one source (say my hard drive) and upload it to another? |

Yes, you need to create project first and assign any FTP account to it in Project properties-Publishing.
Then you will be able to Upload files, using Ctrl+Shift+S or even Download it from FTP, by right click on file in Project tree and choosing "Download File(s)". It's really cool feature in PHPEd. |
