Which php.ini are the "real" one?

Hello.
I wonder what php.ini file to edit.
I find one in apache/bin and one in apache/php.

first is used by php5apache module, latter one is used when you run php.exe

make a .php file with

<?
phpinfo();
?>

it shows your active settings including the php.ini
