What?

When I look at the Scripts menu information in the NuSPhere PhpED Manual I get:

Type of handlers and macros
Customization tab allows you to create various user menus. Each command is associated with one handler. Handler is responsible for running the command and processing the results.

PhpED supports the following handlers:

Shell handler runs an external application to be executed.
SRV handler runs a php script to be executed.
HTMLTidy handler re-formats and validates HTML stream.
Database handler runs a database query.
CVS handler runs cvs executable and processes the result.

... and so on.

Err, OK.

Well, how *do* I add a Script to the Tools:Scripts menu?

Thanks,

just for example, open tools->settings, integration, scroll to PHP Documentor, double click on it, then check "Show this command in Tools menu".
