I am trying to setup the debugger. I have run dbg-wizard.php and set the project parms as shown in the dbg-wizard.php results. When I run the "Projects settings wizard" I get all green checks on the "Checking PHP installation" page. However when I continue to the "Checking Debug Session" screen, the "Check Debug Session" check box is grayed out and can not be selected. I then get the following warning:

"Warning (-51) debug session is not checked."

Does anyone have any ideas?
