At first, When I upgraded PhpED to version 9.0, I noticed that new Startup interface that showed the projects and files I used and found it useful. But one day to another, it stopped showing this, and shows RECENT PROJECTS and RECENT FILES in blank. How could be that, is it a bug?

I tried changing the connection to mysqli and changed from localhost to 127.0.0.1 but that didn't solve to problem.
I did not see any port info in PHPINFO and wonder if there is a problem between 3306 and 8080 and if so where do I change it?
