Hi - I'm trying to learn how to use this. When encoding a CodeIgniter Project the log is giving me a warning which works out to be fatal.

Warning: indirect function call at "C:\xampp\htdocs\JSD/system/core/Hooks.php"(236)

There are in fact about 6 of these.. I have no idea what to do to fix it.

when I run the encoded project through a browser I get:

Your system folder path does not appear to be set correctly. Please open the following file and correct this: index.php

what I do not understand is that my app. works perfectly when not encoded.

Any Advice is very much appreciated as I want to buy a copy if I can get this to work .

I'm not sure what you mean under "CodeIgniter Project". Are you trying to encode CodeIngniter framework? or your own code which is using CodeIngniter?
Either way, if you encounter a problem, thy encoding with less files and with less changed paramters first.
