If you are completely sure, perhaps it's better that you also mail nusphere directly. This is not a support forum and for bugreports you need to contact them.

A customer forum where NuSphere officials happen to read along and sometimes reply. A support forum would indicate that this is an official way of getting support for NuSphere products, which this is not. Hence the URL change a while ago from forum.nusphere.com to forum.nusphere.com to make that clear.

I must have missed the announcement about no more forum support So, if perhaps the 3,761 currently registered users have the same problem with the product, they're not supposed to post or read about it here, but lodge a support ticket for that problem - is that correct? What posts can be expected in a customer forum? |
