A customer forum where NuSphere officials happen to read along and sometimes reply. A support forum would indicate that this is an official way of getting support for NuSphere products, which this is not. Hence the URL change a while ago from forum.nusphere.com to forum.nusphere.com to make that clear.

I must have missed the announcement about no more forum support ![]() So, if perhaps the 3,761 currently registered users have the same problem with the product, they're not supposed to post or read about it here, but lodge a support ticket for that problem - is that correct? What posts can be expected in a customer forum? |
