I just download the nu-coder n try to encode my project what i found here is that the php file is encoded
and all the css and javascript is not encoded. Is nu-coder just support for php and not support for javascript, css and xml?

yes, that's right, Nu-Coder only encodes php files.

neither css nor javascript nor html can be encoded. Browser won't understand them otherwise.
Don't be fooled with other products advertizing encoding solutions for css or html. With very trivial efforts such "encoded" files can be decoded into the source form. It's because, once again, browser understands these files in PLAIN TEXT FORM only , although they can be compressed but it's stil not encoding.
