"Unknown" file mapping problem

I've been debugging successfully with PHPed 3.3.2 with PHP 4 and Apache. Then I upgraded to the PHP 5.01 distribution from NuSphere. After some initial configuration challenges I was able to debug successfully. Then "all of a sudden" I began getting this error when I try to start debug:

Failed to map remote file "Unknown" to any local file.

When I click OK on that error message, I get another dialog popup:

Error: E_WARNING
Unknown: Failed to open stream. No such file or directory.

I'm sure I must have changed some debug or mapping setting somewhere, but I've not found whatever it was. Does anyone have any idea what's causing this? I've tried all sorts of stuff and nothing works.

I'm debugging PHP under Apache on the same machine on which I'm running PHPed.

The DBG Listener is running. When I try to start debugging, the satellite dish gets a little green arrow on it and the tooltip says that one client is connected. When I click the red "stop debugging" button, the green arrow disappears from the satellite dish and the tooltip no longer says that a client is connected.

Details of the installation:

PHPed 3.3.2 (build 3378)

I reconfigured back to PHP4 and have no troubles debugging. All settings are the same as they were, except that I'm using the 2.16.10 version of the php_dbg (php_dbg.dll-4.3.7).

I'd REALLY like to use PHP5, though, so I'd appreciate any insight into what might be wrong.

Thanks!
