after installing and creating a project in the eval version as a localhost version , when I run the site I get errors, clicking on those errors brings up a message that it cannot open file "c:\wamp\www\http://localhost/filename", also things that should appear on the page and are in seperate js or php documents are missing

I'm not sure what errors you're talking about. Where are you getting them?
Regarding "missed parts" -- isn't development environment what you can use to debug your application?

Hi Dmitri, I tried to add some screenshots to show you the issue, unfortunately Chrome, Firefox and IE all throw a bad request error after selecting an image.

Essentially, the error I'm getting in the editor tend to be java script errors, for example:
Browser Javascript error at position (1350:7): Expected identifier, string or number 8:47:24 AM http://localhost//js/docportal.js (1350:7)

However when I click on the error i get a popup that says "Can not open file "C:\Users\BSpear\Documents\NuSphere PhpED\Projects\http:\localhost\index.php"

As for the missing parts, they are not missing when I go to the version of the application on the web, its only the version I open in the development environment that has missing menu options and links to files. I.E. I can't even get to the items I need to debug because the development environment won't display them.

Also, on a side note I opened a ticket with support and have found that experience frustrating. The first person to respond asked me to run the wizard and send in screen shots of every page, which I did only to get a response asking me what the problem was because the wizard showed there were no problems.

The errors are from browser. I'll check if we can detect URLs in the broser errors and replace them with relative path, meanwhile
I'd recommend you to run your web in an external browser and check JS console in dev tools.
