Ok, with phped 3.1 when you did a transfer, the transfer window did not popup on top of your scripts, it just did it silentely in the background...which was to put it plainly very nice.

Is there a way to make it stay hidden in 3.2? You guys did such an awesome job on 3.2 so there has to be a way to prevent the transfer window from popping up like that.

this issue is addressed in phped 3.3.
With this version you may set if you want log or transfer windows to be automatically activated or not. See respective popup menus.
