I just bought a new machine and would like to transfer my license over to it from my old machine, is this possible?

I don't believe the registration is in any way tied to the specific machine, so you should just be able to download the installer, run it on the new machine, and enter your serial number. You'll probably also want to copy over your config folder, your MySQL library DLL (if you use it) and some of the registry settings.
