Refreshing status on file list?

Maybe this should be a separate post since it's a feature request, but when using Tortoise to do CVS actions, I have to hit F5 to refresh the file status in the workspace window. This also is true if a file gets deleted from outside PhpED. Can you add a file status check every 1-2 seconds?
