I think this is kind of confusing but I'm not good at time difference anyways. I'm trying to figure out the time difference from Mountain Std (me) and GMT (the server). Does it want the difference in server to me or me to server? I tried putting 7 but it just uploads everything and seems to ignore time stamps.

Thanks.

as far as I know there is no way to set file's time stamp throu ftp protocol. It always saves the file with the current time stamp. The time difference plays its role when you see the file's time stamp in the ide and when the IDE performs smart sync (compare timestamp and upload/download if different).

Right, I know that, but is the difference that phped asks for -7 or 7 for me?
