This happens for me in 5323 a

This happens for me in 5323 and 5229 with the "Enabled" check box off for Code Completion. I have to check that box on, un-check the "Code Completion on tab" box, then un-check the "Enabled" box again. Shouldn't disabling the entire functionality of code completion also disable the tab issue?
