The PHP's Documentation Extended CHM File

PHPEd doesn't digest this CHM file.

It hangs on startup during the "Rebuilding manuals and TOC" stage.

It's know that phped 3.3 has limited support for manuals in CHM format won't work with some files that have external dependencies.

Next version will come with better support for such manuals and this file in particular will work.
