TechPlat 3.4 Windows Apache Problem |

php4apache.dll depends on many other dlls. Some of them are supposed to come with your operating system while some other are supposed not to come.
Please check if libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll are NOT in system32 nor in windows directory. If they are, you have to remove them. It's known that some 3rd party software just install whatsoever libraries with outdated versions in system directories that brings many problems to other software. |

We found the two .dll files, removed them and everything worked fine.
Thanks very much! |

Would be good if you found not only the dll but the application installed them into system directory That's a kind of abusing, indeed

We seem to have rejoiced too early. After everything was fine yesterday after removal of the two files today, after starting the PC, the following error message appeared:
Syntax error on line 328 on c;/programme/nusphere/techplat/apache/conf/httpd.conf: Invalid command '<Directory>', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration. Lines 328 - 331 say: <Directory> Options FollowSymLinks AllowOverride None </Directory> We have not made any changes to the default httpd.conf, by the way. Thanks for your help! It's hardly possible... Directory is supported by Apache core and the only reason why it can claim is the place where the directive is applied.
