The lack of a tag property editor is one of the main drawbacks of PHPEd. It was almost a deal killer for me - in the end I bought PHPEd for the debugger - but it was a close call. Everything else is pretty good - but the lack of a HTML tag editor is a real issue and I encourage you to put in on your list of things to add in the next version.
I know you have a context editor (ie CTRL-SPACE), but that is virtualy useless with HTML tags. It saves practically no time at all. With IMG tags it is useless. Have a lot at the Dreamweaver tag editor for an example of what should be aimed for. Or even WeBuilder 2006.
If you can get the debugger to work (and this is a REAL problem), then it is a great editor.
Just my 2 cents worth...
