Hello:

When using server side includes (SSI), statement like:

<!--#include virtual="/pIncludes/foo.php" -->

the debugger give the error:

Error: E_PARSE
Parse error, unexpected '<'

How do I fix or workaround this problem?

Cheers,
Duc

Are you sure the trouble is given by debugger ?
Did you make sure it works without debugger ?

Hello:

Yes the debugger works fine if I temporary comment out the SSI-statement, or replace it with the PHP's "require_once()" function.

I would like stay with the SSI "<!--#include" rather then replace all the code with PHP "require_once()".

Thanks in advance for the help.

Cheers,
Duc

you probably didn't understand me.
Comment out the debugger and try the SSI to make sure the page gets you what you expect. If it does not, debugger has nothing to do with it. If it works please post there a) code sample(s) b) screenshots of the problems/messages you experienced/were shown.
