[fixed] Small but confusing bug in 5022

Hi,

I'm running 5022 and have spotted a bug in the roll over code hints. To demonstrate:

Code:

  for($i=0; $i<1; $i++){
      $a = '&';
  }
  echo $a;


When you step through the code hint shows the value of $a as && when it should be (and is output to the browser as) a single &.
