There seems to be a small redraw problem when chosing "Show Line Numbers" and "Hide Gutter" as option. The space which usually is representing the gutter won't be redrawn when switching from one window to another (no matter if switching between php files and help within phpEd or between phpEd and and other running applications).

EDIT: After some more investagion it seems this problem only appears with scripts that do not completely fill up the code window's height.

I am also encountering this issue with build 4033 full version.
