I've uploaded Nusphere to latest version, and I can see that accounts window is changed.
Now there are no distinction between ftp/sftp accounts (for example there are no more permissions for folder/files, timestamps, etc.), and I having trouble to add new sftp account (it won't connect).

No, nothing really changed. FTP is still a distinguished from SFTP.
We just made it a bit more clear that file transfer protocol over ssl (ftps) is a supported variant of ftp.
As of secure file transfer protocol (sftp), it is still a different thing running on top of ssh.
