fyi- if you come across a file in grey which is not recognized by PHPEd, you will not be able to set breakpoints in that file. In the case of Drupal, this happens on module files. To remedy, in this case, simply associate the file type as php5 (or php4) by going to Tools>>Settings["IDE"]["Associations"] and add "*.module" in the form of the others and the IDE will wake up to .module for you as expected.

Keep up the good work NuSphere.

File associations can be changed during install. By default installer assigns .php and .inc to PHP4 list and asks you if you want to switch them to PHP5.

My preferences were not cleared on this update (4.6.2->4.6.3)! Very Happy

Rereading your post, however, I believe you were saying that on the earlier update, I had all my file associations only under php4, but adding php5 as my new default php interpreter logically cleared them. So my update here from php5->php5 (no change) caused no change.

Happy either way. Just wanted to share with others if it helps.
