Is there a comprehensive document on how to customize phped for custom tags and highlighting?

I would like to see if I can add some kind of support for Expression Engine tags.

It appears that you can drag and drop files but you can't just copy and paste. The reason I would want to do this is to duplicate a file and then change then name.

Usually when you click the debug button it starts at the path of the file that you have open. How do you make it start at a specific path every time?
