Usually when you click the debug button it starts at the path of the file that you have open. How do you make it start at a specific path every time?

you can easily add DBGSESSID into the URL

You could also open the URL in your browser, and then initiate a debugging session from there. This assumes you have the DBG toolbar installed in IE or Firefox.
