I can't run it again and send the results because now I'm getting:

Suddenly, I am having this problem too.

If I open an HTML file, it opens in IE. If I do the test described here using website.url, it opens in IE.

Registry should contain:
in HKEY_CLASSES_ROO ...

Nothing strange happens at all. The program simply runs normally as though there were no breakpoint at all.
