Subject: After upgrade 5.9 to 6.1, I can't do my work.
Windows XP 32

I upgraded to 6.1 from 5.9 and now I have 4 problems:

1. It looks for my includes in strange places. Instead of looking for Pear in the Pear library, it looks in my web folder.
