Windows XP 32

I upgraded to 6.1 from 5.9 and now I have 4 problems:

1. It looks for my includes in strange places. Instead of looking for Pear in the Pear library, it looks in my web folder.
2. I can't get it to use the PHP include path in php.ini. I have to change every instance of an include in the project settings.
3. When I click on the Help button in Project Settings, nothing happens.
4. I can't set the run mode to the local server. It's set to local SRV server in the project settings, but it always shows up in my Firefox.

Everything worked fine just before I upgraded.

So far, I can't use the IDE because it keeps giving me include errors. I'll be at this all night.

Can you tell me how to make it use the include path?
And why won't it use the local server?
And do you know what might be wrong with the Help button?
