I have no issues with FTP'ing from my site down to my project.

But when I go to upload the file back to my server, all the upload options are disabled????

Any clues...?

Firewall disabled and not running.

Which php.ini file does PHPED use?

I'm looking at turning on my register_globals, however I see 3 files. Changed all of them, appears like it did not work???

I know this isn't a PHPED issue, but do realize the typing you could've saved if you would have just said "register_globals" changed from on to off in 4.2 (or whatever!)
