Yes, you need to create project first and assign any FTP account to it in Project properties-Publishing.
Then you will be able to Upload files, using Ctrl+Shift+S or even Download it from FTP, by rig ...

This is only one reason of this fault, you haven't installed DOM XML Functions.
I guess you have server under Windows. In this case, check next.

Hello, maybe this problem was discussed already, but I didn't find any solution.
I use PHPEd with third party server, where there is some additional include path in php.ini (e.g. for PEAR library).

Just download latest Build 5231 from "My Products" section. It will solve 29 Feb problem.
