I unchecked "Use tab character" in Editor Settings.

But phped always inserts tab instead of spaces when I press the tab key. Is that normal?

Nucoder's filter that excludes files and directories is in the NuCoder. Why do you expect PhpED to filter anything?

Unfortunately, with the latest version of phped, the encoder exclusion list still doesnt work for "remote server - encode before upload".

There is a exlucsion list for local encoding, it would be nice to extend the feature to remote encoding.

i have no idea why my old thread was removed. So I have to start a new one.

The exclusion list does not seem to work as expected, I add config.inc.php to the list, but it is still being encoded and ...

A client reported a FATAL error after installing phpexpress.

The fact is that the poorly written scripts should generate a WARNING WITHOUT phpexpress:

Warning: main(../data.php)

but WITH php ...
