Looks like the FastCGI was it. I'd been restarting Apache with systemctl but I rebooted the whole server and it showed up.

Hadn't heard of that one before.

has anyone seen this error?
The stick trace shows main() and a couple of debugBreak()'s

We're running on Winddoze XP machines, xampp with apache 2, php 5.2.6
