Sounds like -- you changed the settings and only after that they were saved, so the 80MB value actually took effect. Previously, it likely wasn’t applied at all.

You need to run the FlameGraph profiler from the IDE, and the buffer size for FlameGraph in the debugger settings should be set to a reasonable non-zero value. Start with the default setting of 80 MB.

I am sorry it took this long to release v22. Now it's available and we're focused on php-8.5 changes.
