ohh right, I didn't know there was any difference - yes that works just fine.
Any way to Q up transfer requests? or should that be another feature request?

because I get messages like "target is newer than the source" and so it won't copy but I want it to.

I want to upload files without testing the destination for time stamp or file size. Same for download, I just want it copied.
