	 Oh I found the reason: By changing the php_manual_en.chm to php_manual_de.chm the help entry is removed at Menu Tools > Settings > IDE > Help.
 I add the help file and the Ctrl+F1 is working  ...

	 Hey folks,
 
 I want to have my context help (Ctrl+F1) in german language. I copied php_manual_de.chm to help subdirectory and renamed my old php_manual_en.chm. But the context help don't show anythin ...

 "persistent blocks" was enabled.

	 No the file is not readonly. It is on new created files too. It is on not stored files too.
 
 ok if I press shift key the marked text is correct deleted.
